Diesel generator set maintenance requirements at all levels:
　

A. level maintenance
Daily:
1) check the generator work daily.
2) check the generator: oil plane, cooling fluid level.
3) daily inspection generator is damaged, leakage, whether belt slack or wear.
Second, the weekly:
A grade 1) repeat the daily check.
2) check the air filter, clean or replace the air filter cartridge.
3) let out the water in the fuel tank and fuel filter or sediment.
4) check the water filter.
5) check the starting batteries.
6) start generator and check the presence of influence.
7) with air and water washing cooler before and after the heat sink.　　

B. maintain 
1) repeat A level of daily and weekly inspection.
2) replace the generator engine oil.(oil change period of 250 hours, or a month)
3) change the oil filter.(oil filter replacement cycle for 250 hours, or a month)
4) replace the fuel filter cartridge.(replacement cycle for 250 hours, or a month)
5) to replace coolant or check coolant.(water filter replacement cycle is 250-300 hours, in a cooling system

6) clean or replace the air filter.(air filter replacement cycle is 500-600 hours)

C. level maintenance
1) to replace diesel oil filter, oil filter, water filter, replacement of the water in the tank and oil.
2) adjust the fan belt tension bridle degrees.
3) check the supercharger.
4) disassembly, inspection and cleaning PT pump and actuators.
5) open the rocker cover, check t pressure plate, valve guide and inlet and exhaust valves.
6) adjust the nozzle lift;Adjust the valve clearance.
7) check the charging generator.
8) check radiator and cleaning water tank on the external radiator.
9) water tank and water tank treasure, cleaning water tank inside.
10) check diesel engine sensors and wires.
11) check diesel engine meter box.　

D. maintenance
1) replace the engine oil, diesel oil, bypass, water filter, oil change and engine circulating water.
2) clean or replace the air filter.
3) open the rocker cover, and check valve guide, t pressure plate.
4) check valve clearance adjustment.
5) to replace rocker room and pad.
6) check the fan and support, and adjust the strap.
7) check the supercharger.
8) check diesel electric circuit.
9) check the motor excitation part line.
10) calibration instrument connections in the box.
11) check the water tank and external cleaning.
12) repair or replace the pump.
13) overhaul one cylinder shaft and connecting rod wear.
14) check or adjust the electronic speed working conditions.
15) on generator lubrication point injection lubrication oil.
16) on the generator excitation part for dust removal work.
