Open the LIXISE SX460AVR cover plate and the voltage regulation control knob counterclockwise to the end, starting generator, no-load running under the rated frequency, voltage control potentiometer clockwise slowly, until reach the rated voltage.Please refer to the SX460 about controlling the position of the potentiometer generator AVR  In the figure.Don't put on the generator nameplate voltage rise to more than the rated voltage.

Stability control potentiometer has set good, generally do not need to adjust, if due to voltage instability need adjustment, please follow the operation process.SX460AVR can be chosen by the switch S left 2 for the regulation of STABILITY control potentiometer (STABILITY).

Switch to 8, will slow down the AVR reaction.

Switch to 0, will accelerate the AVR reaction.

(1) make the generator set no-load running, and check whether the speed, stability correctly.

(2) transfer STABILITY control potentiometer clockwise, then slowly counterclockwise, until the generator voltage fluctuation.Correct Settings from this position slightly clockwise (namely on this generator stability, but not very close to the region).
