Diesel generator fuel pump works
Plunger-type injection pump works as shown in Figure 2.59. When the plunger down to the lowest position, the sleeve hole is opened, the fuel is sucked from the oil chamber into the lumen of the sleeve person, as 2.59 (a) above. When the piston top action began pumping fuel pump stroke from the lowest position is convex loose when part of the fuel flow back into the oil return hole through space until the upper end face of the plunger back to the hole closed, the fuel began compressed, as 2. 59 (b) shows, this is the fuel pump "Geometry oil starting point." Plunger continue upward, the chute opened when the plunger back hole, the upper part of the high-pressure plunger M oil that was straight groove and the piston head back hole communicating with the annular groove and flow back into the oil space, shown in Figure 2 . 59 (c), the fuel injection pump which is the "geometric supply end." Thereafter, the plunger stroke up to the highest position again, then the fuel flow back into the oil space, Fig 2. 59 (d) below. Obviously, the entire stroke of the plunger upward, the only real effective supply stroke of the plunger from the hole edge of the back cover to the lower edge of the chute start again until this open hole section back stroke of the plunger so the relative position of the chute on the back hole with the sleeve determines the fuel injection quantity, but also determines the fuel injection time. Each rotational position and the plunger, there is an effective stroke, the plunger can be rotated to change the amount of fuel injection.
